b. The agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage during the trip.


6. Itinerary and Services:

a. The agency may modify the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements.

b. Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming their itinerary before departure.


7. Health and Safety:

a. Clients are responsible for their health and safety during the trip.

b. Any health or safety requirements are communicated in advance.


8. Force Majeure:

a. Yokoso Trip is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.


9. Complaints and Disputes:

a. Clients must promptly report any issues during the trip for resolution.

b. Disputes may be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.


10. Liability:

a. Yokoso Trip's liability is limited to the cost of the services booked.

b. Clients are encouraged to report issues promptly to allow for timely resolution.


11. Termination of Services:

a. Yokoso Trip may terminate services for non-compliance with terms or disruptive behavior.

12. Confidentiality:

a. Client information is treated confidentially, with exceptions outlined in the privacy policy
